Tasks

-Prepare cost reports. -Prepare progress claims, progress valuations. -Prepare tender documents, corrigenda, queries and clarifications. -Evaluate tender submissions and make tender recommendation report for award. -Assess variations. -Prepare and agree final accounts. -Assist in the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims. -Prepare cost estimates and cost plans.

What You Bring

-Good communication skills. -A minimum 5 years’ experience as consultant or client representative. -Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Quantity Surveyor position. -Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent. -Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills. -Experience in quantity surveying & cost management services for both pre-contract and post contract stages. -Experience in Data Center projects and/or industrial projects. -Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyor or SISV is preferred.
