What You Bring

-The ability to handle large volumes of information, and capture, analyse and report on information with accuracy and attention to detail. -At least 2 years' experience in project coordination or a similar role with demonstrated capability using project management and reporting tools, experience with Plato a distinct advantage. -Demonstrated ability to clearly and concisely convey information and ideas -Digital savvy and experienced in Oracle, IDP, housing delivery system -Demonstrated numeracy skill with a minimum intermediate level excel -The ability and desire to collaborate and work well in a multi-disciplinary team environment -Excellent prioritisation and time management skills required. -Works in a structured, well organised way to deliver results- demonstrated ability to prioritise demands, organise, meet deadlines and deliver desired results by taking ownership and using effective self and time management approaches. -A proactive approach and an inquisitive nature, with strong relationship management skills -Meets the skills and attributes required to work in an Agile open team-based environment (refer to skills and attributes section in the position description). -Sound basic understanding of residential housing construction process, and ability to interpret building/development plans and capture key relevant information from meetings.
