This is a servant leadership role working with one or more scrum teams within or across products to maximize the value created by team. You will work in a cross-functional team of product owners, software developers & testers.

Promoting agile values, principles, practices, and methods to establish a sustainable understanding of agile.
Gets team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques.
Resolves team impediments with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization.
Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
See projects through from conception into production and support, ensuring quality throughout.
Contributes to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization.
Organizing and facilitating agile events while ensuring that common agile rules are followed.
Right size, right design: Enabling informed decisions using real-time data to achieve portfolio optimization and the right workplace design
Coaches the Scrum team in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, domain knowledge and communicates effectively, both internally and externally working within the Scrum team.
Implementing and continuously improving the way of working in the Scrum Team.
Knowledge of agile approaches – Scrum, Kanban, XP, Scaled Agile, etc.

Very good interpersonal and communication skills.
Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science engineering or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile Coach or RTE
Fluency in speaking and writing in English.
Experience with distributed teams and virtual collaboration.
Good skills and knowledge of facilitation, continuous improvement, empowerment, transparency, and servant leadership.
Good technical skills in JIRA and Confluence.
Scrum master will be member of an agile team that has adopted scrum principles and takes on a leadership role involving the management, advocacy, orchestration and support of scrum theory, values, events and artifacts.
Knowledge and experience with agile techniques – automated testing, user stories, TDD, continuous integration, testing, pairing, agile games, etc.
Recognized certification as Scrum Master (e.g. Scrum Alliance CSM).
Be a clear thinker with a systematic problem-solving approach, breaking the problem down into simple achievable and realistically estimated steps.
Ability to orchestrate across multiple agile teams.
Able to challenge processes & tools in zeal to creating the best Agile environment.
