Overview

Tasks

-Sorts, opens and distributes mail daily and handles interoffice mail -Orders office supplies for all office locations and departments -Maintains conference room calendars -Ensures effective communications with management, callers, customers, and staff -Performs general data entry -Schedules birthday and anniversary calls -Orders and maintains inventory of uniforms, distributing appropriately to employees -Answers company phones, provides information, and directs callers to the appropriate parties -Conducts reference checks -Manages employee certificates -Receives incoming shipments -Greets and signs in guests/visitors -Prints business cards -Prepares shipments to go out via various vendors and customers -Serves as backup to travel coordinator -Performs administrative duties for other departments as needed to see projects to completion -Assists with office management tasks/duties

Please read on. -Experience handling multiple phone lines -Enjoys working in-office five days per week -Willing & able to become a notary in Washington State -Interacts effectively with internal and external customers -Valid state driver’s license -Excellent customer service skills -Extremely punctual and reliable -MS Office experience -Prior experience booking travel -Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (drug, background, and driving history)
