Maintain & troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Assist in the design and development of new equipment controls including robotic, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic and vision systems -Responsible for periodic inspection of all equipment and any necessary adjustments and repairs. -Develop, modify, and maintain electrical schematics utilizing CAD software. -Performs such duties as dismantling, moving, installing and repairing of machines and related equipment. -Collaborate with Maintenance Manager & other cross-functional groups to ensure equipment downtime is communicated in a timely fashion. -Supports manufacturing in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical PLC related troubleshooting systems and equipment issues. -Update, modify, and continuously improve existing controls systems including ladder logic programs, relay logic, electrical distribution, motor controls and operator interfaces. -Observe and comply with all safety requirements of the facility, including wearing all required PPE. -Completes emergency/unscheduled repairs to maintain production.

What You Bring

-Able to integrate electronic guarding or safety logic on legacy equipment. -Regular and dependable attendance and punctuality, including being available for overtime, both voluntary and mandatory. -Experience working with servos, stepper motors, AC/DC motors, VFD's and motor starts.
