Tasks

-Perform regular maintenance tasks such as mowing, weed control and nutrition management to uphold the quality and playability of turf surfaces. -Monitor turf health and proactively address issues such as pests, diseases, and compaction through appropriate cultural and chemical practices. -Communicate effectively with Site manager to understand expectations, address concerns, and provide turf care recommendations. -Operate and maintain specialised turf equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety. -Irrigation monitoring and maintenance -Transitioning turf surfaces across multiple sporting codes. -Collaborate with the Site manager to coordinate maintenance schedules, prioritise tasks, and deliver exceptional results. -Implement sustainable turf management practices, including water conservation strategies, and pest management techniques. -Line marking operations.
