Tasks

-Incorporate stakeholder feedback into development cycles and maintain clear communication on delivery progress. -Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess business challenges, and deliver effective low-code/no-code solutions. -Design, develop, and implement Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps to meet business and client needs. -Build conversational experiences with Power Virtual Agents and create external-facing solutions with Power Pages/Portals. -Collaborate with UX Designers, data analysts, data scientists, and the Power Platform Lead to deliver comprehensive digital solutions. -Test solutions against requirements, ensuring functionality and alignment with acceptance criteria. -Provide input on project estimates and pipeline planning to support team and organizational growth. -Create data models and visualizations in Power BI that provide actionable insights. -Develop and maintain workflows and automations using Power Automate, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA). -Build and manage Dataverse databases and ensure effective integration within the Power Platform. -Troubleshoot, resolve, and continuously improve existing Power Platform solutions.

What You Bring

-Skill in creating and customizing visuals, charts, and slicers. -Basic awareness of security and sharing features; Row-Level Security knowledge is advantageous. -Practical experience with Power BI Desktop. -Familiarity with filters, slicers, and drill-through features. -Experience building dashboards and interactive reports. -Experience with data transformation using Power Query. -Basic proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions). -Demonstrated participation in real-world Power BI projects (industry domain is flexible). -Knowledge of data modeling, including relationships and calculated columns/measures. -Minimum of 2-4 years of industry experience. -Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. -Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant Microsoft certification/accreditation. -Ability to connect Power BI to data sources such as Excel, SQL Server, and SharePoint. -Exposure to scheduled refreshes and Power BI Gateway (preferred). -Understanding of Power BI Service (report publishing and sharing).
