Tasks
-Provide necessary technical training to installers and other training for OEMs and decision-makers to see the value in Danfoss. -Document opportunities in CRM platforms, design, and drive account plans, and formalize initiatives executed directly or by a rep organization where applicable. -Proactively seek and assess opportunities with OEM and contractors in the region. -Take an ownership role in conflict resolution to ensure customer satisfaction. -Actively participate in local Industry Associations and volunteer for positions that will increase the visibility of Danfoss. -Prepare valve take-off schedules, sizing valves and components and or provide competitive solutions. -Support the regional consulting engineer, contractor, or end-user for projects that are purchased out of the region. -Develop follow-up activities to ensure the success of account plans. -Inquire with end users regarding upcoming expansions or new facilities.

What You Bring
-Travel up to 50% -Must be self-motivated and collaborate with diverse stakeholders -BA or BS equivalent in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferable) with Business oriented mindset -Must be proficient in MS Office suite with an emphasis in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word -Must possess an in-depth knowledge of the Industrial Refrigeration market, including products, major customers, competitors, and equipment suppliers. -Ability to write reports and effectively present information to internal and external stakeholders -Having proficiency in ERP systems, SAP preferred. -Knowledge of System Controls and Power is a strong plus -High knowledge of refrigeration systems to provide quotations of Danfoss industrial refrigeration portfolio for ammonia and CO2 applications -Minimum three years of industry-related experience in a sales or supporting sales position in industrial refrigeration -Professional, tenacious, and strong, convincing communication skills -Highly competent negotiations coupled with value selling skills to secure business opportunities. -Business acumen: Ability to quickly assess and understand the specific customer’s challenges and future needs. -Driving for Results. Solid Organization skills, able to prioritize.
