  • Continually bus tables throughout shift.
  • Maintain Ryman/OEG safety and sanitation standards.
  • Dispose of trash and recyclable products in proper receptacles. Ensure trash receptacles are clean, lined, and odor-free.
  • Perform opening/running/closing side duties according to Ryman/OEG policy.
  • Keep the booster seats and high chairs clean--alert Manager on Duty about any highchair safety issues.
  • Par all bars per venue specification
  • Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area throughout shift, keeping all floors free of food, trash, or other obstacles.
  • Attend pre-shift meeting conducted by Manager on Duty prior to start of each shift.
  • Handle side duties to support bartender including stocking ice bins, liquor, beer, wine, and coolers which may require lifting/moving up to 50lbs.
  • Par all ice bins to the fullest levels at all times.
  • Reset tables within three minutes of guest's departure.
  • Clean all spills immediately, use floor signs to caution guests and staff
