Tasks

-Lead, mentor, and evaluate laboratory staff to foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. -Maintain laboratory certifications and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines. -Participate in a wellness program promoting balanced lifestyles -Direct and coordinate daily laboratory operations to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant testing services. -Conduct field visits to project sites, supporting testing operations in varied terrain and weather conditions. -Develop and implement technical procedures aligned with current industry standards and accreditation requirements. -Manage laboratory equipment, including calibration, maintenance, and procurement.

What You Bring

-Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of alertness and operate safely in all conditions. -At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a construction materials or geotechnical laboratory. -Minimum of 8 years of experience in the construction industry. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Certifications such as ACI Grade I, NICET Level I/II, or applicable DOT certifications. -Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. -Associate degree in construction-related discipline.
