Tasks

-Assemble metal building structures on welded skids using various tools and equipment according to job specifications. -Organize all materials and equipment. -Operate mobile equipment including scissor lift, mobie deck crane, overhead cranes, and forklifts within the safety procedures and polices required. -Install siding and roof panels on structures. -Read, interpret, and follow basic prints and other written instructions and/or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products. -Performs all work in compliance with company standards, does not deviate from policies and procedures, and adheres to regulatory requirements.

What You Bring

-Ability to work flexible hours including overtime. -Must be a leader who represents the organization with the ability to be a liaison to our customers, adhere to company standards, and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism. -Ability to read prints and other technical documents is preferred but not required. -0-2 years of manufacturing or construction experience is preferred but not required. -Must follow training and company procedures. -Experience with handheld tools (drill, circular saw) and assembling parts is preferred. -LACT Stations, Custody Transfer Metering -Custom Electrical and Motor Controls and Panels -Must comply with Roeslein & Servtech’s core values for the safe and efficient operation of the business and the commitment to maintain respectful relationships with all employees. -Must be able to perform job responsibilities at various heights. -Must follow good housekeeping practices. -Basic mechanical aptitude required. -Must be able to read a tape measure. -Requires effective time management skills, personal conduct, and change management abilities. -Safety is essential at Servtech and all safety training classes must be completed with a 100% pass rate. -Ability to effectively interact with co-workers, clients, vendors, and other business contacts. -Must adhere to the Company’s attendance policy. -High school diploma or G.E.D. is preferred but not required
