Manage engineering contract projects for measurement & analytics unit.

Tasks

-Build strong relationships with the clients and stakeholders. -Identify, analyze, and manage project risks, regularly sharing lessons learned. -Lead the project team with clear instructions, tasks, and milestones, while motivating and providing feedback. -Monitor each stage of the implementation of the project to ensure best practices in matters of cost control, efficient use of resources, risk management, and health, safety and the environment. -Manage all aspects of the project in accordance with the client's requirements and ensure that all the technical, safety, quality, and financial objectives are met. -Oversee the development of the project plan documents with respect to scope, budget, schedule, and risk management. -Coordinate contract negotiation and equipment procurement in collaboration with the supply chain.

What You Bring

-Collaborative, solution-oriented approach with strong written and spoken communication skills. -Ability to manage multiple projects with converging delivery dates in a fast-paced environment. -Bachelor’s degree. -English-French bilingualism essential. French is required. English is also required as this position will service internal and external clients from other provinces. -Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. -PMP certification recommended. -At least 10 years of experience in project management (concrete achievements) with international experience. -Business acumen, good understanding of client needs, and ability to maintain good client relationships.
