Commercial Paint Project Manager

Manage commercial painting projects, ensuring profitability, schedules, and client relations.

Tasks

-Complete monthly WIP (Work in Progress) reporting. -Lead and supervise the Superintendents, holding accountable for overall performance. -Manage multiple projects concurrently while cultivating and maintaining client relationships; ensure timely responses to urgent situations. -Prepare accurate monthly billings based upon current job completion status. -Responsible for the financial health of assigned projects, ensuring profitability while meeting contractual obligations. -Track and manage labor, equipment, and material costs associated with ongoing projects. -Lead, manage, exhibit, and hold accountable to the core values of Dedicated, Integrity, Pursuit of Excellence, and Team Player. -Coordinate with Superintendents to determine proper manpower and schedules for upcoming projects. -Oversee project progress, proactively identifying potential roadblocks, delays, or issues; implement immediate corrective actions accordingly.

What You Bring

-Exceptional communication, organization, and analytical skills -Proficiently manage subcontract and client monthly pay applications, subcontract amendments, and necessary written notifications governing the work. -Prior commercial and/or retail painting experience -3+ years of experience in project management -Ability to collaborate and work effectively as a team player -Proficiency with construction management software (Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Eclipse, and/or Procore experience is a plus)
