Tasks

-Provide technical guidance and quality control -Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets -Prepare budgets and schedules for projects -Support clients with services during bidding, contracting, and construction -Coordinate with clients and regulatory agencies for permitting compliance -Prepare Engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents

What You Bring

-BS in Civil Engineering (or related field) -10+ years of Civil Engineering experience -Strong client relationship outreach -Experience designing transportation facilities for State transportation departments & local jurisdictions -Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Idaho (or ability to obtain within 6 months) -Project Management Experience -Experience with ITD’s procedures and requirements -In ACAD Civil 3D, MicroStation OpenRoads, and Geopak design software -Experience writing proposals
