Electrical Construction Manager - Data Center

Supervises on‑site electrical construction for data centers, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality.

Tasks

-Enforce safety protocols and document incidents -Review timecards and job costs for accuracy and accountability -Coordinate with project managers on planning, scheduling, cost tracking, and material procurement -Supervise field crews and subcontractors to keep work on schedule and within budget -Participate in constructability reviews and help define execution strategies -Support project benchmarking, stakeholder reviews, and process approvals -Act as the on-site KE representative for inspectors, landowners, and OSHA visits -Conduct tailgate safety meetings and ensure JHA completion -Provide feedback, coaching, and mentorship to on-site personnel -Oversee and report daily progress to the project team -Lead on-site planning, material and equipment management, and job site safety -Interpret and manage project execution based on drawings and installation standards -Support documentation, change orders, and construction-related administration -Lead by example and jump in on-site when needed -Build and maintain a 3-week lookahead schedule
