Overview

Leads store teams, drives sales, and manages operations and standards across multiple stores.

Tasks

-Monitor stock control to ensure store shrink is within company guidelines to protect company property and assets. -Monitor cash flows, sales performance, inventory control, cash sales receipts and operating records. -Guide the Store Managers to ensure the key priority targets and goals in customer service are consistently achieved. -chieve sales targets through a proactive commercial agenda, developing and planning new business initiatives that drive overall sales and business improvement. -Ensure sales and operational goals and expectations are achieved through regular monitoring. -Responsible for ensuring that all customer service initiatives are in place, resolving issues quickly and courteously -Responsible for ensuring that store managers and their staff keep stores to the highest possible standards, are well organized and properly merchandised at all times. -Provide critical analytical feedback on store performance at the weekly / monthly trade reviews together with the Brand Director.

Requirements

What You Bring

-7+ years’ experience in retail operations with minimum 3 years in Store Management role -English proficiency -Qualification in Retail related field is an added advantage -High school certificate
