Tasks

-Apply expertise in FIDIC contracts and payment mechanisms for post-contract management. -Directly interacts with clients, contractors and subcontractors to ensure delivery. -Hands-on end to end commercial role, from onboarding contractors to site to leading contract administration, execution and commercial management. -Evaluates claims, delays, and additional costs from contractors and subcontractors. -Oversees cost control, valuations, and monthly post-contract reporting. -Manages a commercial team to achieve commercial KPIs and drive continuous improvement. -Handles post-contract management, package management, and commercial performance. -Provides commercial leadership for specific areas of work & direction to team members. -Supports net zero carbon transition and process improvements throughout project delivery.

What You Bring

-Major project experience is essential. -Main Contractor experience £250+. -Consultancy experience £1bn+. -Professional membership i.e. MRICS (or equivalent). -Degree in quantity surveying / commercial management (or equivalent).
