-Drive quality assurance, health, safety, and environmental standards across all operations. -Lead, manage, and coordinate projects, ensuring they are programmed, resourced, and delivered on time and within budget. -Oversee procurement, commercial reporting, and subcontractor engagement. -Manage risk registers, forecasts, and end-of-life project reviews. -Represent the company at client meetings, presentations, and public consultations. -Provide strong leadership to project teams, coaching and mentoring staff to support their development. -Monitor contractual obligations, ensuring compliance across all sites under your control. -Chair and attend client and internal meetings, ensuring clear communication and accurate reporting. -Produce and analyse progress reports, costs, and forecasts, taking corrective action where needed.
-Relevant qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree in construction or equivalent). -Demonstrable experience of managing multiple construction projects successfully. -Professional membership (MCIOB/MICE) and NEBOSH Construction Certificate are desirable. -Strong IT skills, including MS Office and project planning software (e.g. PowerProject). -Excellent leadership and people management skills. -Excellent working knowledge of NEC contracts, including Early Warning and Compensation Event processes. -Strong communication and negotiation abilities. -Collaborative, with the ability to build long-term client and stakeholder relationships. -SMSTS, CSCS Manager’s Black Card, and IOSH.
