Overview
Lead and manage sales and new business teams to meet targets across Glasgow branches.

Tasks
-Lead, inspire and train all Sales and New Business staff in the branches to provide excellent customer service and achieve business targets. -Build strong working relationships with other departments of the business. -Provide excellent leadership to all sales and new business staff across the two Glasgow branches. -Support the Sales and Lettings Director in achieving the overall KPI’s and budgets with annual services and improvement plans. -Prepare for and attend Market Appraisals (sales and lettings) and win new business instructions. -Play a key role in the marketing plan for the region to maximise effectiveness. -Responsible for the New Business and sales performance across the branches, achieving KPI and budget targets. -Ensure that sales and new business reports are updated and current. -Provide professional senior management support to all direct reports, ensuring all supervisory processes take place across the whole service area, one to one meeting’s, performance / absence management and that annual appraisals are conducted to a high standard. -Develop and implement key strategies to win and retain business. -Ensuring the teams are fully trained and competent to deliver their roles and responsibilities. -Setting and monitoring KPI’s and teams’ performance. -Ensure that all paperwork / AML documentation is up to take and process followed.

What You Bring
-Friendly and professional manner when dealing with clients -Confident at relaying information -Can demonstrate good negotiation/communication skills and be very competent in resolving conflict and potential disputes - both written and verbal -Experience in leading teams and people management duties. -Ability to remain calm under pressure -Good at time management -Great oral and written communications -Ideally 1 years Property Management or Sales Experience or knowledge of the private rented sector -Meticulous attention to detail -This is a faced paced environment where you will need to be practical minded to solve problems, with the ability to see the ‘big picture’ and make improvements. -Problem solver -Full clean UK drivers’ licence -Able to provide excellent customer service
