Tasks

-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service activities. -Conduct on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs of Siemens equipment and systems. -Train and support customers on the operation and maintenance of Siemens products and systems. -Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of products and services. -Provide technical support by troubleshooting and resolving issues with Siemens products and services. -Identify opportunities for product and service improvements based on customer feedback.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. -Proven experience in supporting sales and planning departments, including preparing tenders and providing technical support. -Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in Siemens Energy electrical systems commissioning and troubleshooting. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with customers and teams. -Willingness to travel (75% travel required) and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. -Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with technical knowledge of power generation systems.
