Overview
Support and train users on SAP work management tools for plant operations.

Tasks
-Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives -Respond to training requests and deliver user education sessions -Manage work on own including planning work and executing goals and priorities. -Conduct workshops and one-on-one training sessions -Support SAP Plant Maintenance and associated modules -Develop and deliver training materials for SAP and related tools -Manage security access -Provide user support for SAP, Fiori, Mobility, and NWBS/Project-related requests -Act as a liaison between Plant Operations and IT teams -Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues -Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to improve work management processes -Leverage reporting tools for data analysis and performance tracking -Collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance SAP functionality -Support integration and interface activities between systems -Ensure consistent user adoption and process compliance -Influence improvements without being the boss -Required to follow and use all appropriate personal protective equipment if working in a plant environment

-Proven ability to identify issues and develop effective, practical solutions. -Works well under pressure, remaining focused and calm in the face of distractions and changing priorities -Understanding of TRACK Contractor Management System -Proficient in communicating with large groups of peers or superiors -Willingness to work outside normal business hours as necessary, especially during critical issue resolution and to achieve project milestones -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams -Active listening skills to mitigate concerns and process improvements -Experience in planning, scheduling, and maintenance management -Knowledge of scheduling tools -Requires travel to sites to perform duties and responsibilities -BS or BA degree in a business or related field -Ability to prioritize workload -Proficient in SAP -Reconciliation, analytical and critical thinking skills required -Capability to manage projects and initiatives aimed at improving process. -Five years of power generation experience -Moderate level of travel outside of home office -Ability to work across organizations to improve processes and practices -Relevant industry experience -PM, PDM experience
