What You Bring

💡We're seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to lead steel operations for our fabrication projects in Buffalo, NY. In this office-based role, you'll manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing and delivery terms, monitor market trends, and ensure timely material flow to meet production schedules -5+ years of experience in purchasing or procurement within structural or industrial steel -ERP or procurement system experience preferred (e.g. STRUMIS, Tekla EPM, Viewpoint, etc.) -Ability to read fabrication schedules and shop drawings (a bonus) -Strong negotiation, communication, and planning skills -Deep knowledge of steel sections, plate, and mill lead times
