Tasks

-Managing incoming tenders and ensuring tender submissions are completed and sent to clients on or prior to closing dates -Attend meetings and clients and customers as required -Contribute to pricing strategies for tenders and negotiated projects -Collaborate with internal teams to ensure buildability and cost efficiency -Manage procurement processes and subcontractor selection -Maintain and improve estimating tools and databases -Build strong relationships with clients, collaborate with subcontractors and supplier

-Skilled in MS Office and estimating software -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -Confident communicator with solid negotiation and presentation abilities -5+ years’ experience in estimating within Telco OR Civil Construction projects -Proven ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines -Previous experience in estimating pricing and contractual agreements
