Tasks

-Collect, assimilate and manage projectrelated data -Technical DeliveryQuery data to provide tolling program trendsCreate data analysis using Excel, Power BI, relational databases, and other tools for deep dive reviewMonitor and analyze toll transaction data to identify discrepancies, trends, and revenue opportunitiesAssess enduser experience for both customers and agents -Query data to provide tolling program trends -Assist in preparation and participation of public information meetings and hearings -Assess enduser experience for both customers and agents -Prepare constraints mapping and required documents -Monitor and analyze toll transaction data to identify discrepancies, trends, and revenue opportunities -Assist with QA/QC processes within HDR -Assist with scopes of work -Small project support and coordination for tollrelated work elements including operations, reporting, project production, and delivery -Create data analysis using Excel, Power BI, relational databases, and other tools for deep dive review
