Overview

Manage daily accounting, GST/TDS compliance, and financial reporting for AAC block plant.

Tasks

-Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports, stock reports, and MIS reports using Excel. -Monitor raw material inward/outward and finished goods stock in coordination with the stores team. -Maintain books of accounts and ensure timely reconciliation of bank statements. -Handle day-to-day accounting transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries in Tally ERP. -Prepare and manage GST filings, TDS returns, and other statutory compliance. -Support the senior accountant or finance manager during audits and financial reviews. -Generate and maintain invoices, delivery challans, purchase orders, and supporting documents. -Coordinate with internal departments like stores, production, and sales for smooth operations.

What You Bring

-Knowledge of inventory and cost accounting in a factory setup. -Should be from nearby locations for daily commute or willing to relocate. -2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or building materials company. -Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting. -Familiarity with basic audit and internal control processes. -B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in accounting or finance. -Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other compliance-related activities. -Willingness to work at a plant location (Hathnoora, Sangareddy). -Proficient in Tally ERP, Microsoft Excel, and other accounting software. -Experience in a building materials company or AAC blocks manufacturing unit.
