-Understand the contractual requirements of project documents including the roles and responsibilities of all involved and the notices required to record change etc.

What You Bring

-Strong, demonstrable experience in NEC 3 or 4 contracts including all Main Options (A-E) -Preferably qualified to ICES or RICS accreditation -A recognised qualification in a construction related subject -Prior experience of projects in value of up to £15m as well as a number of small projects -Relevant CSCS Card
