Overview

Develop and run automated tests, track defects, ensure product quality.

Tasks

-Investigate defects for the root cause. -Executes test cases, log defects and maintain other test documentation. -Develop and maintain test scripts from provided functional and technical designs, functional test scripts, or ad hoc for bug fix testing.

-Data structures and algorithms, object-oriented programming, databases, SQL, web programming -Strong communication and partnership skills required. -Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic work environment. -Strong inclination towards product quality -Certifications in technology, agile methodologies -Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS/GCP -Knowledge of one or more Databases like MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, Postgres, etc. -Unit testing frameworks like Junit etc -Knowledge of one or more web/application servers like Tomcat -Knowledge of version tools like Git/SVN -Bachelor’s in computer science or related discipline; or equivalent work experience -0-1 years of experience -Knowledge of one or more programming languages and related latest frameworks eg Java/J2EE with spring boot .
