Tasks

-Manage estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle. -Partner with project schedulers and managers to align cost and schedule performance. -Review contractor/vendor estimates, invoices, and change orders. -Prepare and deliver accurate cost reports and analysis for project leadership. -Support procurement and contract management processes. -Monitor project cashflows, commitments, and financial performance.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in Excel and cost management platforms (Procore, Aconex, etc. a plus). -Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. -Skilled in estimating, cost reporting, and change management. -Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field -5+ years of experience in cost management, project controls, or construction management. -Strong background in Life Science, Healthcare, or large-scale commercial projects preferred.
