The Role
Overview
Assist project management with docs, schedules, cost tracking, and site coordination.

Tasks
-Document punch list work -Report quantities in place and maintain labor cost report -Evaluate and understand basic construction means and methods -Maintain PCI log in CMiC system -Maintain progress photo album -Assist with preparation of CPM schedules -Update and maintain all sets of drawings, specifications and logs -Evaluate field problems and document PCI’s -Prepare and maintain PCI logs on CMiC system -Distribute all documents to subcontractors and maintain document logs -Compile contract close out documents (O&M manuals, as-builts, etc.) -Verify original estimate quantities for labor cost reports -Cost code and/or verify correct codes on time sheets -Set up and maintain electronic filing system -Review, analyze, and transmit submittals -Assist with updating and maintaining master CPM schedule -Prepare and document extra work orders -Attend and document project meetings (write minutes) -Maintain record set drawings -Maintain a site specific safety plan and pre-task planning process, including audits, meeting, training, etc. -Perform expediting functions -Set up and maintain a Quality Management system -Review and assemble change order submittals and quantity surveys -Prepare and maintain submittal logs and procurement log -Perform basic functions of Building Information Modeling and model administration

What You Bring
-1-3 years of construction-related experience, or equivalent -Effective written and verbal English language communication skills -Field experience a plus – e.g. Demo -Ability to read and understand plans and specifications -Basic computer skills -Basic estimating and scheduling skills -Knowledge of virtual construction technology systems preferred -Drafting and advanced computer skills a plus -Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree, or completion of Construction Management Certificate Program, or equivalent -Effective organizational skills -Basic understanding of construction cost accounting -Ability to use independent judgment; self-starting
