What You Bring

-Understanding of basic engineering theories and principles. -engineering/technical expertise and guidance in the identification, analysis, and resolution of problems -effective oral and written communication skills -Work independently -accurate records and files -Bachelor’s degree from an EAC/ABET accredited Engineering Program OR an approved evaluation of non-ABET credentials by NCEES OR graduation from a Master’s or Doctoral Program in Engineering from an institution with EAC/ABET accredited Undergraduate Engineering Programs. -Understanding of basic practices of researching engineering and design issues, evaluating alternatives, making sound recommendations, and preparing and presenting recommendations -Experience in the utility industry. -Received a passing grade on the Engineering Fundamentals Exam. -Able to manage multiple tasks and provide leadership to other team members. -2 to 4 years’ experience as a practicing engineer -Ability to deal with a variety of individuals from various socio-economic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds. -thorough and accurate technical reports, correspondence, documentation, calculations, and sketches -Good written and oral communication skills. -Understanding of basic principles of project management
