Experience in diagnosing property defects and specifying appropriate remedial works.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to customers, colleagues, and legal representatives.
Experience managing contractors, preparing schedules of work, and delivering projects within agreed budgets and timescales.
Knowledge and understanding of housing disrepair legislation, including The Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Act 2018 and HHSRS.
Full UK driving licence.
Professional qualifications: Chartered membership (RICS, CIOB or equivalent) and a relevant construction qualification (HNC, degree or equivalent).
Strong understanding of landlord and tenant legislation and leaseholder consultation.
Ability to complete an enhanced DBS check.
