Tasks

-Heavily scrutinize actions to ensure the customer experience is protected to the greatest extent feasible -Collaborate with team members, actively participating in discussions toward achieving results -Support key projects, providing day-to-day updates to Senior Technicians and managers as directed

What You Bring

-You are able to work independently or in a team environment -You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality -You have a two-year vocational degree in a technical discipline, or a Military equivalent is preferred -You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work -You are self-motivated; exhibit initiative in achieving company goals and objectives -You can solve problems using creativity and innovation -You have a minimum 3+ years of wireless telecommunications or other related experience -Possess a solid understanding of theory and application related to RAN -Possess excel and Microsoft Office proficiency -You have basic leadership skills and the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks -You have operational knowledge and theory of all interconnecting circuits including but not limited to T1, T3, and microwave radio -You must be able to read and interpret site plans, construction drawings, and SOW -You have strong attention to detail -Have a solid understanding of theory and advanced understanding of applications related to transport -You accept and provide constructive feedback -You have solid communication skills; verbal, written, and presentation. -You understand basic RF Engineering, Radio Frequency theory, and Electricity and Electronics Theory -You must possess a valid driver’s license and comply with the company motor vehicle policy
