Overview
Oversee QA/QC, implement quality systems, and ensure compliance across construction projects.

Tasks
-All employees are responsible for supporting Audubon Companies’ Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures. This includes: -Participating in required HSE training, meetings, and reporting activities -Communicate any non-conformance and defects that may impact requirements for design, safety assurance, construction, commissioning, maintenance, or operations -Assure compliance with Audubon Construction Solutions standards. -Coordinates with Corporate Management for weld procedures and weld certifications and monitors weld program onsite -Liaise with Supervision to ascertain and integrate quality management techniques that would benefit the project. -Monitor surveillance trends, NCRs, and subsequently surveillance testing activities for the project. -Maintain Inspection Test Plan for project activities and disciplines -Identifying and reporting hazards, near misses, and unsafe conditions -Remain abreast of Industry “State of the Art” project management tools and practices. -Following safe work practices and complying with applicable regulatory requirements -Interface with Corporate Management for technical support in Mechanical, Civil, Coating, Electrical and Structural documentation and other quality related practices and applications -Implementation of Audubon Construction Solutions Quality Management System and overall quality performance -Manage the Quality Control and Assurance program for the project -Assist the Project Managers to set up, monitor, and maintain the Quality Management System project execution tools. -Assure proper Inspection Test Reports are implemented and fulfilled throughout duration for the project -Maintain the Audubon Stage-Gate Project Management Process.

What You Bring
-Multi discipline experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control -Computer literate in BlueBeam and NavisWorks -CWI (Certified Welding Inspector) required. -10+ years’ experience in construction company or related environment including 5 years’ management experience. -Excellent speaking, writing, communication, and organizational skills; public speaking a plus. -Computer literate and familiar with MS Office® software; SharePoint experience a plus. -Prior technical writing and/or project leadership experience a plus.
