Renewals & Invoicing Specialist

Overview

Manage renewals, invoicing, and Salesforce order entry for ANZ customers.

Tasks

-Develop and improve processes across internal systems. -Communicate updates to stakeholder on order processing, support issues and invoice updates. -Ensure all reporting is accurate and timely, and in line with company policies and best practices. Renewals & Other activities as required from time to time. -Oversee finance functions including raising quote, Invoice management and data quality management. -Oversee salesforce process, hygiene and support the sales team with entering renewal orders. -Support stakeholders with enquiries, escalating issues and resolving challenges internally. -Work closely with Management Team, Accounting, Tax, Support & legal teams. Ensure regular & timely updates to the group. -Manage Australia and New Zealand customers' orders, entry into salesforce, renewals and issue invoices to customer, send License Files to customer in a timely manner. -Create and manage credit notes and align with internal systems.

-Analytical and problem-solving skills -Strong critical thinking skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills. -Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities -Strong leadership skills -Attention to detail -Experience producing detailed reporting for senior management. -Understanding of technology-based organizations advantageous, ideally SaaS. -Working knowledge of Salesforce, NetSuite & Zuora -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Must have 4+ years of experience in order entry within Salesforce. -Thorough knowledge of accounting concepts, systems, and procedures. -Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
