Order Fulfillment Specialist II

Tasks

-Reviews project sales order entered by the Order Fulfillment team and works with individual team members on the identified action items. -Provides continuous training to Order Fulfillment team members to include trouble shooting of issues and provide guidance. Also ensures all ISO documents are kept up to date. -Provide support as necessary to internal teams for sales order changes, tracking of deliveries, delivery confirmations, and billing. -Manages the lifecycle of sales orders, executing changes related to the source of supply, delivery dates, billing plans, etc., and coordinates with different departments to ensure the changes are reflected in the downstream processes, in accordance with established processes and procedures. -Manage customer facing delivery dashboard that includes all expected delivery date information. May need to attend customer calls and work closely with Order Fulfillment team, Project Management, and customers on delivery reconciliation. -Support Integrated Supply Chain business processes through collaboration with different teams on continuous improvement initiatives and engaging in IT projects by participating in requirements gathering, testing, documentation of new functionality and training users -Identify process efficiency gaps, reduce repetitive work, and explore opportunities to address gaps for Order Fulfillment team. -Support Integrated Supply Chain organization on any business data requests by extracting reports in the system and perform analysis. -Monitors open sales order and work with Order Fulfillment team on the appropriate action and follow-ups to different teams to ensure transactions are completed. -Escalate any issues related to delivery, delay in transaction processing, and any contractual obligation that may be at risk. May be the point of escalation in some cases.

What You Bring

-Prior SAP or similar MRP planning system experience. -Experience in supervising or leading a team. -Previous supervisory/management experience a plus. -2+ years working experience with Microsoft Office. -Ability to work effectively across multiple organizations in a fast paced, results-driven, company environment. -Excellent customer-facing communication and presentation skills. -Comprehensive Microsoft Excel analytical skills, including pivot tables, conditional formatting, and macros. -3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, backorder management, and inventory management -3+ years of experience analyzing data and identifying/resolving issues in sales documents, purchase orders and deliveries. -Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, or other related fields. -2+ years hands-on SAP or similar ERP system experience.
