Tasks

-Mold Machine Set up & Production -Coordinate with tooling, quality, and production teams to ensure manufacturing standards. -Review mold trials and inspect first-off samples for fit, finish, and surface quality. -Develop alternative cost-effective indigenous Polymer -Ensure induction molds are built as per design drawings and within dimensional tolerances. -Select appropriate polymers based on application and molding behavior. -Conduct root cause analysis for molding or surface defects. -Optimize injection molding parameters for consistency and minimal defects. -Mold Design Review
