-Competitive analysis on product, features and neighborhoods/amenities -Recruit and hire future sales representatives -Meet or beat set sales goals -Work with the agents on all marketing promotions -Enforce company policies -Train/motivate the sales force -Create new incentives for neighborhoods -Work with the marketing coordinator/manager and Division Manager on advertising -Manage all Sales Staff
