Manage retail lease negotiations, execution, and stakeholder relationships

Tasks

-Drive favourable rental outcomes within market levels for optimal portfolio performance -Serve as primary contact for lease queries and disputes -Collaborate with Lease Administration teams to ensure data accuracy -Monitor CPI and fixed rent reviews -Build and maintain relationships with retail landlords and developers -Develop and implement strategic leasing policies and procedures -Negotiate retail lease transactions, including renewals, relocations, and refurbishments -Manage critical lease dates and ensure all event deadlines are met -Maintain accurate lease databases and provide regular performance reporting

What You Bring

-Strategic thinking capabilities with strong financial acumen -3+ years of retail or commercial leasing experience -Excellent client service and communication skills -Tertiary qualifications preferred (Property or Legal) -Current State Real Estate License/Sub-Agents Licence -Demonstrated negotiation skills and contract interpretation abilities -High attention to detail and quality standards
