The Role

Overview

Handle inbound calls, safety checks, and customer support using multiple internal systems.

Tasks

-Manage employee safety check-ins (SPOT), including scheduling, tracking, and escalation protocols. -Support internal teams with service rework and literature requests. -Use internal systems (SalesLink, Salesforce, Aware360, Finning.com, Workday) to support customer inquiries. -Retrieve and store service letters and magazines from SIS for internal access. -Maintain accurate records of SPOT check-ins and incident reports. -Respond promptly to high-volume calls in a 24/7 environment. -Handle executive-level calls with discretion and professionalism. -Navigate multiple platforms to resolve inquiries efficiently. -Answer incoming calls, assess caller needs, and accurately redirect using corporate tools and resources. -Monitor and escalate safety alerts and emergency notifications. -Update and verify contact information in corporate directories. -Process service rework calls and generate reports for internal teams. -Update corporate directory entries in FINBRP to ensure accurate contact information. -Monitor weather alerts and communicate updates to affected personnel. -Fulfill literature requests after hours using the Midland ordering portal.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. -Must have the ability to work from home. -Excellent attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities. -Completion of high school diploma (Grade 12). -Comfortable navigating multiple platforms and managing sensitive information. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. -Strong verbal and written communication skills. -Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume, 24/7 environment. -Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role. -Proven customer service skills with a solution-oriented mindset.

Benefits

-Temporary, full time role for 6 months with possibility for extension. -Night/Overnight and Weekend shift. Overnight shifts will be worked from home.
