Tasks

-Ensures accuracy of the billing process in accordance to client contracts and compliance with internal & external controls requirements -Support Billing Manager in proactively identifying process issues and implementing billing process changes as necessary -Provide analysis support for the financial month end closing -Works across departments concerning billing queries -Responsible for gathering information and executing billing for clients -Identify, analyze and communicate any client billing issues to Billing Manager -Ensure that all processes and controls are in place to facilitate accurate revenue recognition

What You Bring

-Is the subject matter expert for the Billing software -Minimum of three years customer service -Computer skills and proficiency in MS Office software -Superior teamwork and problem solving skills -Ability to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with co-workers -High School Diploma or GED -Able to handle multiple tasks, stay organized, and focused on details. -Strong accounting and finance knowledge is required -Ability to learn and understand technical terminology. -Must be able to work in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment. -Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy -HVAC knowledge/experience preferred -Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective listening skills.

Benefits

Compensation: This is a salaried non-exempt role. This means that employees are paid a salary and also receive overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law). The starting salary range for this role and market is between ($35,000 – $42,000) annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.
