Tasks

-Meeting clients and account managers on a regular basis to ensure strong relationships. -Follow up on complaints and queries on behalf of clients. -Pricing contracts to achieve company’s’ gross margin expectations. -Taking a leadership role in presentations and proposals for national accounts. -Provide timely and effective solutions aligned to client needs. -Senior representation for the company, working with crucial client and partners. -Creating and monitoring targets and metrics for the national accounts, suggesting improvements where appropriate. -On call payments to manage the reactive workload at evenings and weekends. -Monitoring and identifying market trends, competitors and new sales leads. -Negotiating and closing agreements with large customers including agreeing reasonable and achievable SLA’s and KPI’s.

What You Bring
