Sell new homes, guide buyers, meet targets for a brand‑new development launch.

Tasks
-Stay informed about local market conditions, competitor developments, and industry trends -Build rapport with customers and understand their needs to match them with the perfect property -Guide buyers through the sales process, liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisers, and internal teams -Generate and follow up on leads through proactive marketing activities and excellent customer service -Welcome prospective buyers and conduct professional viewings of our show home, available plots, and development -Ensure compliance with the Consumer Code for Home Builders and company procedures -Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress using our CRM system -Provide regular updates and reports to the Senior Sales Consultant/Sales Manager -Ensure the show home and sales area are presented immaculately at all times -Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to overall site performance

What You Bring
-Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Experience of new development launches -Minimum 1-2 years' experience in residential property sales (new homes experience preferred but not essential) -Good organisational skills and attention to detail -Customer-focused approach with excellent relationship-building skills -Knowledge of the home buying process and mortgage products -Competent with IT systems, CRM databases, and Microsoft Office -Professional, well-presented, and personable -Knowledge of construction terminology and specifications -Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
