Overview

Provide customer service and manage storage/distribution of defence uniforms

Tasks

-Assisting Defence personal in store with a wide variety of uniforms & badges. -Operating computer system to obtain details of stock quantities and locations. -Answering customer queries regarding stock location and progress. -Assisting with regular stock takes and cleaning of work site. -Organising and controlling the day-to-day workflow – some receiving, scanning, sorting, and placing incoming goods on shelves.

What You Bring

-Intermediate computer skills (Spreadsheets and Applications). Will be learning different military software systems -Prior demonstrated experience in a customer service or retail environment will be advantages. -Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
