Sr. Floating Maintenance Supervisor

Oversee all maintenance operations, staff, budgets, and safety for multifamily communities.

Tasks

-Schedule after-hours emergency requests and ensure property staff coverage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week -Assist with property facility inspections -Ensure that the communities are following all safety guidelines in respect to OSHA, EPA, and NRP Risk Management procedures. -Ensure excellent customer service with courteous and professional attitude toward all customers and team members -Assist with support/vacancy coverage & temporary on-call coverage -Provide ongoing feedback to team members. Evaluate team members through scheduled formal written performance reviews. Take corrective action as necessary according to company policy. Provide recommendations for compensation adjustments, promotions, and terminations -Audit key tracking system daily and weekly -Create a team environment: hold weekly team meetings; manage by goals, open communication -Key participant in unit acceptance walks; unit inspections; preventative maintenance projects -Train, coach, and mentor team members, ensuring appropriate training is received -Support and assist Community Manager and Recruiting Department with new hire selection -Schedule service requests from residents and team members in a timely fashion, in accordance with company policy -Participate with maintenance shop set-up and new hire mentorship -Generate work and on-call schedule for service employees
