Tasks

-Drive the coordination and management of all resources across the bid lifecycle - ROI, tendering, interview preparation and debriefs to deliver high-quality, large and complex submissions. -Collaboration across diverse teams, sharing knowledge, leveraging AI tools for enhanced efficiency, and supporting colleagues to elevate their pursuit and proposal capabilities. -Manage multiple bids simultaneously under tight timeframes, applying exceptional time management, project planning and stakeholder engagement to ensure timely and compliant delivery. -Ensure all submissions reflect high editorial quality, client focus, commercial integrity and consistent alignment with AECOM brand and best-practice pursuit standards. -Work closely with senior stakeholders and SMEs to translate complex technical offerings into clear value propositions, persuasive messaging and compelling tender, proposal and capability content.

What You Bring

-8 years + experience in proposal or bid management roles (e.g., Proposal Specialist, Bid & Proposal Partner, Tender Specialist, Pursuit Partner) -Exceptional written, verbal, and client communication skills. -Flexible, resilient, and able to perform effectively under high-pressure deadlines -Proven ability to manage multiple proposals and deadlines with strong project management capability
