Tasks

-Supervise and mentor junior staff, ensuring project execution aligns with industry standards -Write responses to Requests for Proposals and Requests for Qualifications for various clients and marketing opportunities -Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors -Collaborate with various department s , disciplines, and subconsultants to plan and manage project resources efficiently -Lead project teams in delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and timely solutions -Perform quality control reviews of MEP system designs, calculations, and drawings -Manage the full project lifecycle, from conceptual design through completion -Ensure compliance with local, state, and national codes and regulations -Prepare cost proposals and administer project contracts, including a dd s ervice a greements

What You Bring

-Senior Mechanical or Electrical Engineer role in conjunction with lead engineer responsibilities, including the ability to serve as the Engineer of Record (EOR) -Strong verbal and written communication skills and critical thinking ability -Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a multidisciplin ary team -A PE license is mandatory , along with strong program management experience -Experience with m entor ing and coordinat ing the work of designers and other technical staff on various mechanical or multi-discipline projects -Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously -10+ years of experience in MEP design for healthcare projects within an engineering consulting environment -Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems -Experience conducting electrical system studies (e.g., short circuit, over-current device coordination, Arc Flash Hazard analysis per NFPA 70E) is a plus (For electrical engineers only) -Proficiency in national and local building codes, including NEC, State Energy Codes, NFPA guidelines, and FGI guidelines -Experience with design software such as Revit BIM , AutoCAD, SKM, ETAP, and Easypower -Ability to s erve as the project manager, overseeing MEP design execution for various healthcare projects is a plus.
