Lead and grow Information Communities while managing data analyst apprenticeships.

Tasks

-Drive change and process improvement using LEAN/agile; represent communities in governance forums -Manage external training contracts and partnerships; ensure value for money and performance -Lead the development of Information Communities; ensure alignment to enterprise goals, standards and governance -Lead stakeholder engagement and feedback; oversee onboarding, comms and education materials -Curate community spaces and learning pathways (e.g. Analytics Academy, emerging AI pathways) -Manage Data Analyst apprentice placements; track progress, performance and development

What You Bring

-Skilled in change and process improvement (LEAN/agile) with a clear benefits focus -Experience with apprenticeships, early careers and competency frameworks -Strong understanding of data, content, analytics and AI practices -Leadership or management experience; change qualification desirable -Strong Microsoft 365, SharePoint and presentation skills -Organised and dependable; able to manage budgets, contracts and external partners -Confident facilitator and communicator with excellent presentation skills
