The ideal candidate has extensive experience coordinating subcontractors, managing budgets and schedules, and leading multiple fast-paced retail build-outs simultaneously. -5+ years of commercial construction experience with retail TI projects. -Strong organizational and communication skills. -Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
