This is a role you’ll shape the way we communicate through change and growth, partnering closely with senior leaders to build trust, drive alignment, and strengthen engagement across the organisation.

As the Manager, Internal Change Communications, you’ll lead the design and delivery of strategic internal communications that bring VHBA’s purpose, priorities and culture to life.

Your work will help employees understand, connect and contribute to VHBA’s vision, while fostering a culture of transparency, inclusion and shared purpose.

  • Partnering with senior leaders to deliver timely, clear and authentic communication during business-as-usual and transformation.
  • Using data and insights to measure impact and continuously improve communication channels and approaches.
  • Leading the development and execution of VHBA’s internal communications and engagement strategy.
  • Driving internal engagement through events, forums and initiatives that celebrate people, progress and shared purpose.
