-Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field -Programming experience in Python, SQL, and/or other languages -Sophomore or Junior status (graduating in 2027 or 2028) -Ability to quickly learn new technologies -Knowledgeable of software development concepts, process, and tools -First preference to CA students -Understanding of version control (Git/GitHub) -Intermediate computer/technical skills in Microsoft products
